Message	Pay yourself FRIST each month: 401k and IRA. I have the same setup except for the house. I move all over the southern states every year or so. It's work related. One day, I'll have a house for the toys. Anyway, "pay yourself first". People don't realize what that means, and it took me sometime to figure it out. And it all makes sense when you apply it to your life. I love the motley fool. ( [ www.fool.com ] ). You don't have to invest your money in the stock market/etc. You just need to be smart about it. you have to pay yourself first.
